Hi, I'm Alice Chua, founder of GRCSolutions in Singapore. I'm a Governance, Risk & Compliance mentor & learning solutionist.
I have over twenty years experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance ("GRC") in the consulting and manufacturing environment.
My areas of specialisation are enterprise risk management, risk based approach to internal control review and process improvement, anti-bribery and corruption compliance, risk based approach to sustainability and post acquisition integration.
I am well qualified, with an MBA from Cranfield University, Bachelor of Accountancy degree from National University of Singapore, and an Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance, Singapore.

One on one coaching
If you like to know about a specific GRC topic, or simply like to have someone to bounce off ideas and discuss approaches, you might find the one on one coaching session useful. This is a one hour session conducted online.
Topical conversations
Conversations are organised around topical GRC subjects for small groups of individuals to share and learn from one another. These sessions are facilitated online and are kept to not more than 10 persons each session.
